Return Policy
Kosmats Refund Policy
Please read the following carefully
In case of damage product.
1. In case of any defect , No return accepted after 15 days of delivery
2.For any claims of damage or defect ,please make the complete unboxing video of the product. In case of defected products received by the customer ,providing the unboxing video is must. No refund shall be made in case of absence of unboxing video.
REFUND: For Duplicate payment
100% Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer. Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by C
Refund in cases of ‘Unavailability of Service’
100% refund for will be given, if product is not available or we are not able to provide the product in perpetuity. Refund to be processed within 7-10 Days after the approval from authorized personnel of THE Kosmats. The refund will be transferred via Bank Transfer or Cheque.
General Refund Policy
To claim refund, kindly follow the below procedure:
Drop an email to: info@kosmats.com with a subject
“Amount Refund | ***Registered Mobile Number***”.
(Please do not forget to provide the registered mobile number in the email subject)
Give valid reason for the refund. [for our internal purpose only]
Please mention the amount you paid and the product you purchased.
Refund amount calculation:
a. 100% refund is provided if THE Kosmats fails to provide products you purchased from its online store.
b. Refunds for any other reason are subject to management approval. The refund approval is THE Kosmats management’s discretion.
5. Refund will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the ‘refund email’, once the management approves the request.
